    Does screaming, adrenaline-fueled performance turn you on?

    Motorcycle enthusiasts that follow motorcycle racing know that Daytona Bike Week is about more than cruising Main Street, checking out the latest show bikes that roll off of trailers. It all started with the races.

    The Daytona 200 is a 68-lap, 200 mile (322 km) motorcycle race held annually at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. The race evolved from a 3.2-mile (5.15 km) beach racing venue in 1937 to the 2-mile (3.2 km) Daytona International Speedway course in 1961.

    On Saturday March 10 in honor of the 66th running of the Daytona 200 we will be offering specials geared towards the performance oriented rider. So come by and take advantage of our specials and watch the races Live.

    On Saturday, March 24th at 7:00pm, BMWOR in Eugene will host Bill Blacke (Sales Advisor for the new BMWOR, Tigard store) to share some images of his February 2007 trip to Death Valley.

    Bill made the trek on his Suzuki DL1000 V-Strom collecting some 800 images of the experience. While Bill won't share all of his images, you'll get a fantastic dose of what Death Valley offers to travelers, from a motorcyclist's perspective.

    Light snacks and beverages will be served, so make arrangements to join us and Bill in Eugene.

    Then if your schedule permits, join Bill, his wife Sherry, and other willing souls on Sunday, March 25th as they lead a ride up the Willamette Valley. Details to follow on the www.bmwor.com website.
