FINAL PAYMENT REMINDER
ALL final payments are due in our office no later than Saturday, April 7th. Failure to have payment in on time can result in release of space with NO refunds.

PERMITS / LICENSES
All of your necessary local permits (North Myrtle Beach Business License) will be waiting for you when you arrive. Make sure that you DISPLAY these in your booth where they can be seen when the City Officials walk by and believe me they WILL come by!

You also need to have a SC Sales Tax License. We are NOT able to obtain this license for you. You are responsible for this license. If you have it from previous years just bring a copy with you!
All vendors will need to obtain this permit prior to setting up. It is a one time fee of $50.00 and will be good for future rallies/events. It is the vendor’s responsibility to contact the South Carolina Department of Revenue at 843-839-2960 to obtain proper forms and information.

The 2007 Cruisin’ the Coast Spring Bike Week continues to grow each year and again our thanks to each one of you for helping us get to the place we are today!

Each year we continue to grow and are able to offer you additional vending options. Wait until you hear what we have in store for 2008...I promise you will be the first to know! It is BIG and very exciting.

Atlantic Beach Bike Fest - Colonial Mall and RedLine Powersports:
We have partnered with Colonial Mall and Redline Powersports to set up 2 new exciting destinations during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest
Colonial Mall:
Harley-Davidson will be setting up their demo fleet at Colonial Mall offering BikeFest participants test rides on various Harley-Davidson and Buell models. We also will have entertainment daily along with a select number of vendors.
RedLine Powersports:
Redline is going to be packed with the various metric/sport bike manufacturers along with 2 Wheel Tuner Magazine , ICON, Perelli, Myrtle West, Parts Unlimited, Custom Dynamics and several other high end vendors. There will be entertainment daily….wheelie machine, stunt riders, DJ etc….

SALES TAX INCREASE:
We have had a sales tax increase effective April 1st.. it is now 6%...so please make the necessary adjustments.

FIRE CODE REGULATIONS: Very Important!
ALL vending tents, canopies, drops and tarpaulins are required to be composed of flame resistant material or should be treated with a flame retardant to meet the requirements of NFPA 701. ALL vendors are required to have a portable Fire Extinguisher (ABC type) in their booth!

SHORTCUTS TO LOCATIONS:

BAREFOOT LANDING & COLONIAL MALL
If you are arriving to Myrtle Beach on Hwy 501 and are set up at Barefoot Landing & Colonial Mall you may want to look at getting Hwy 22 (towards North Myrtle Beach)to keep you out of traffic. You will exit at Hwy 17. Colonial Mall is right at the exit, Barefoot Landing is 1 mile north on Hwy 17.

HB SPOKES:
Off of Hwy 501 - Take Hwy 22 (towards North Myrtle Beach) watch for Hwy 31N - Take it to Hwy 90 go west approximately 2 miles. HB Spokes is on the right hand side after the waterway.

MAIN H-D DEALERSHIP:
Coming in on Hwy 501 watch for Hwy 544 (2-3 miles past Hwy 378), take this to the right and come all the way to Business 17 - take a left at 17 Business (Ocean Lakes Campground is directly in front of you) and the H-D Dealership is located about 1 mile on the left hand side.
