Hi,
I'm
Rick
Scott,
the
newest
addition
to
the
Service
Department
team
at
IndyWest.
I
have
held
a
variety
of
jobs
in
the
past,
primarily
in
the
automotive
service
business,
but
I'm
very
passionate
about
Harley-Davidson.
I
have
done
almost
everything
in
a
service
department
from
patching
tires,
changing
oil,
and
working
on
cars
to
writing
service
and
managing
the
entire
store.
I
will
be
attending
Harley
University
in
the
near
future.
Henry
Ford
said
it
best
when
he
stated
that
the
company
does
not
pay
our
wage,
they
only
handle
the
money.
The
customer
pays
our
wage.
I
believe
to
stay
employed,
that
the
customer
must
always
leave
the
shop
feeling
as
if
they
are
a
welcomed
member
of
the
family.
It
is
my
priority
to
take
the
service
department
at
IndyWest
to
the
next
level
by
providing
the
best
customer
service
a
person
can
ask
for.
I
have
been
active
in
the
local
H.O.G.
chapter
in
the
past
year.
In
my
spare
time,
I
enjoy
riding
my
2005
Road
King
Classic.
I
am
married
to
Sandy,
we
have
two
daughters
in
college.
Jennifer
is
in
her
senior
year
at
Rose
Hulman,
and
Melissa
will
be
a
junior
at
IUPUI.
I
look
forward
to
meeting
everyone
and
fulfilling
your
dreams

the
Harley-Davidson
