Jim Wharton's Stretching Seminar

Whether you're a serious competitor or weekend warrior, you know that proper stretching before and after your workout can improve your performance, increase your flexibility, help prevent injury, and make you feel better. But did you know that the traditional way of stretching -- lock your knees, bounce, hold, hurt, hold longer -- actually makes muscles tighter and more prone to injury? There's a new and better way to stretch: Active-Isolated Stretching. Join Jim Wharton from Wharton's School of Performance on May 31st to learn the method used successfully by scores of professionals, amateurs, and even Olympic athletes. This ground breaking techniques, developed by researchers, coaches, and trainers, and pioneered by Jim Wharton, will be your new exercise prescription.

Lee Parks' Total Control Advanced Riding Clinic

In today's high-horsepower superbikes, large-displacement cruisers and super-heavy-weight tourers mean riding skills are more important than ever for safe, fun motorcycling. However, there is a large gap between the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Experienced Rider Course and the many racetrack courses offered around the country. Many riders are interested in improving their skills, but are wary of the risks associated with a high-speed environment. Lee Parks' Total Control ARC offers experienced riders, track-day junkies and racers a course specifically designed to improve their skills in a controlled environment.
