we
have
researched
the
issue
of
late
newsletter
arrivals.
We
received
correspondence
regarding
the
arrival
time
of
our
newsletters.
Some
of
you
were
receiving
them
up
to
four
days
late.
We
contacted
our
network
provider
and
they
informed
us
that
AOL
customers
have
a
"block"
(as
part
of
your
ISP
service)
which
prevents
e-mails
suspected
of
being
junk
or
spam
from
entering
your
inbox.
These
e-mails
will
be
held
by
AOL
until
it
can
be
determined
that
it
is
not
in
fact
spam
or
junk
and
then
forwarded
to
your
inbox.
This
process
can
take
several
days.
If
you
find
you
are
receiving
our
newsletters
late,
please
check
with
your
ISP
and
have
mail
from
williamshd.com
unblocked.
