role
he
is
responsible
for
the
overall
operations
and
strategic
direction
of
the
Company.
In
addition
to
his
responsibilities
at
Buell,
he
is
a
member
of
several
leadership
groups
at
Harley-Davidson
Motor
Company
including
the
Design
Product
Circle,
the
Leadership
and
Strategy
Council,
the
Product
Planning
Committee
and
the
Functional
Leadership
Group.
Prior
to
being
named
President
in
2004,
Flickinger
was
Vice
President
of
North
American
Sales
and
Dealer
Services,
a
Director
of
Field
Operations,
General
Sales
Manager,
and
the
U.S.
Field
Sales
Manager
at
Harley-Davidson
Motor
Company.
Prior
to
joining
Harley-Davidson,
Flickinger
enjoyed
a
13-year
career
at
the
Ford
Motor
Company,
which
included
a
series
of
managerial
positions
in
sales

marketing
at

company’s
St.
Louis,
Washington
D.C.,
and
San
Francisco
