2007 - 2008 Boat Storage

It is that time of year again…..Time to think about storing your boat(s) for the winter. Our storage rates are listed below which include winterization and storage. Optional services (such as pick up, oil change, tune-up and detailing) are also available for an additional charge.

You have the option to drop off your boat on its trailer at Nisswa Marine or we can pick it up at your chosen location. For those requesting boat pick-up on the GULL LAKE CHAIN, we can either pick it up from Zorbaz’s or from your boat lift on your specified date (weather permitting). Please see below for rates on other lakes.

For those of you that are continuing to store with us, please Click Here to fill out the storage form as much as possible, so we can keep our records up to date. Also, please send us a copy of your insurance coverage with Nisswa Marine, Inc. listed as the additional insured on your policy. Nisswa Marine, Inc. will not store your boat without this information.

For those of you who are new to our storage policies please Click Here to complete the storage form as completely as possible, including phone numbers, directions to your lake home (both by land and water), addresses, fire numbers, etc. Please send in a copy of your insurance coverage with Nisswa Marine, Inc. listed as the additional insured on your policy. Nisswa Marine, Inc. will not store your boat without this information.

This storage form helps us schedule pick up times and storage space. The more complete the form is, the better we are able to serve you.

FOR THOSE DROPPING OFF THEIR BOAT AT NISSWA MARINE:
1. Check in with Betsy at the front desk to confirm we have a storage contract from you or if you need to fill one out.
2. If dropping off your boat after hours, place your completed storage form in the drop box in Nisswa Marine’s entryway.

LEAVE YOUR KEYS IN THE IGNITION OR GLOVE BOX.

FOR THOSE REQUESTING BOAT PICK UP:
1. Complete storage form, making sure to note a pick up date and location.

I/O Services

V6 Average $145 - $175 Materials and Labor
Winterization Includes:
Drain hull
Add fuel Conditioner to fuel
Start engine to supply fuel conditioner to carburetor
Fog powerhead with rust preventative
Drain block, manifolds and oil coolers
Drain and refill lower unit/outdrive
Disconnect Battery
Replace water separator canister
Add antifreeze to engine block and power steering cooler to ensure maximum protection
Labor - 1 hour

V8 Average $200 - $230 Materials and Labor
Winterization Includes:
Drain hull
Add fuel Conditioner to fuel
Start engine to supply fuel conditioner to carburetor

Drain ans refill lower unit/outdrive
Disconnect battery

Carburetor - Throttle body injection (non EFI) $110 plus parts & materials
DFI (Direct Fuel Injection), 4-Tec (4-stroke) and DI (Direct Injection) $125 plus parts & materials
Add fuel conditioner to fuel
Start engine to supply fuel conditioner to carburetor
Fog engine with rust preventative
Add anti-freeze to engine block to ensure maximum protection
Disconnect battery

Impeller Shaft Service - Required on all Sea-Doos $37.50 plus oil
Change oil in bearing on impeller shaft (optional - if there is water in it; it will freeze, expand and break) it is like changing gearlube in an outboard motor

PWC Oil Change $37.50 plus parts & materials
4-Tec (4-stroke ONLY)
