SPECIAL EDITION NOVEMBER SUPERSTITION H.O.G. NEWSLETTER

There is so much going on right now in the Chapter that I thought everyone deserved a SPECIAL EDITION newsletter. So here it is. This special edition includes an update from the Chili & Salsa Challenge Fest, information on the ongoing officer elections, and a short but to the point article from our sponsors, Mark and Bev.

Oh, and I couldn't resist throwing in a picture of Big Tom with the Hooters girls from a previous event!

Congratulations and thanks again for entering your excellent chilis and salsas into the event!

The financial results are in from the event also. Our Treasurer John Hasper reports the following:

Share the wealth $ 45.00

Popcorn donation $ 20.00

Chili and Salsa entry fee $ 135.00

Food court $ 577.00

Chili & Salsa voting $ 333.00

Chili & Salsa voting donations $ 49.00

Raffle booth $ 312.00

Chapter/Dealer booth $ 47.00

Silent Action $1126.00

==================================

Total $ 2644.00

We have more to count from the Chapter/Dealer booth (there was a ton of change from the raffle and the lucky wheel) and a few folks still need to get down and pay for the silent auction items they won.

Overall this is great work folks! This money will be divided up between the three non-profit organizations we sponsored this year, CAAFA, Project Help, and Blanket of Hope!

Aloha from the Sponsors!

As you all know, the '08 product is here and has been well received. Some of our Chapter members have 'enjoyed' their new rides. We've had many inquires about the new Softail Rocker. This product has been delayed at least until late November/December at the earliest. Having seen this new bike and sharing some 'saddle' time while in Nashville, it's worth the wait.

Our Chapter Holiday party and officer elections are just around the corner. Thanks in advance for supporting your chapter and participating in both events.
Bev and I would like to thank the board for all their hard work, and to our chapter members for their contributions. We want to keep this the absolute best choice in H.O.G. Chapters in the valley!!

Ride and have Fun!!!!!

Mark & Bev
