Jim's Service Department
Don't forget that November 4th at 2 am we "fall back" an hour with the time change. To help you remember the service department is "falling back" one hour off 5K, 10K, 15K, and 20K services! That's right take 1 hour off the labor hours for the services listed above (November 4th thru November 30th). Also don't forget to give thanks this Thanksgiving. Thank you Harley-Davidson for providing us with the machine. Thank you for the chrome (making it shine). Thank you for the power (making your friends always trying to keep up). MVP members get 4 extra points this Thanksgiving on Big Bore kits and Chrome Front Ends!

Upcoming Events
On November 3rd Jim’s is having a BBQ party to give away seats at the “What’s your Passion?” tournament. The BBQ is being kicked off by a pancake breakfast at Jim's from 8 to 10 am. The winner of this tournament rides away with a 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King Custom!!!!! At the BBQ there will be FREE food provided by George's Meat Market, live music, Bikini Bike Wash (talent provided by the Wing House), and a few surprises! When is the “What’s your Passion?” tournament you might ask? It is November 4th. Jim's wants to thank everyone who attended the October 26th Bike Night at Derby Lane! We had around 250 people attend... and we have the food bill to prove it! Thanks for supporting Jim's, we look forward to your continued support with the 20th Annual Toy Run just around the corner (December 2nd). We will be having the pre-registration at the Wing House on Thursday, November 8th. The pre-registration "Bike Night" will be from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Pinellas Park, Wing House! Tony and the gang promise to make it a good time and the Wing House is providing some GREAT specials to everyone who pre-registers that night! So bring your unwrapped toy (NEW) or $10 Thursday, November 8th! If your not doing anything this Friday night visit our booth at First Friday, downtown St.Pete!

Jim's Jokes
Fullfillment of a Dream A successful gynecologist decides to fulfill his life's dream: give up medical practice and become a motorcycle mechanic.

So he gets out of the medical business and enrolls at a mechanic's seminar with Harley Davidson.

After many weeks of training comes the final examination, taking apart and then re-assembling a randomly chosen Harley engine.

He grabs his tools and sets to work, but soon he gets worried: while he is still working on the valve-covers, everybody else is already busy with removing the cylinder heads.

He falls more and more behind, and as he is just starting to put it all back together, everybody else is already finished.

He manages to put the engine back together, barely in time before the exam ends.

Because it took him so much longer than everybody else, he goes straight to the teacher to ask how he performed.

"Well," the teacher says, "out of one hundred possible points you scored 150." "But how is that possible?" the ex-gynecologist asks.

"Well, it breaks down to this: You get fifty points for correctly taking the engine apart. And you get another fifty points for putting it back together perfectly." "And what did I get those additional fifty points for?"

"For doing it all through the exhaust."
