As we enter into the Holiday season it is important to put forth effort to remember those that are less fortunate than ourselves. However, there are those times, that despite the outreach of many, events can take place to tarnish the efforts of a community to help their own. The small community of Moriarty has recently felt the effects of just such an event. After coming together to ensure that the children of Moriarty would have presents to open for Christmas, the community was rocked by theft. Some unfortunate soul broke into the storage facility that held the presents and stole all but one. Now as adults we can rationalize that possibly this person needed these toys desperately, but the children can not be expected to understand how a person could do such a thing, and honestly they should not have to. Therefore, Thunderbird Harley Davidson and Buell has joined efforts with community to host a toy run or drop off event on December 9th to replenish the missing toys and bring back a piece of joy to the community and most importantly the children of Moriarty. Please stop by Thunderbird Harley Davidson and Buell in the upcoming weeks to attain the most up to date information on this event. We also look forward to seeing all of you December 2nd at the 13th annual Albuquerque Toy Run.
