A new chapter in service and performance tuning has begun here in the Valley of the Sun. A blend of old and new, the best of Europe, Japan and the US combined into a “one stop tuning center” for all makes and models of motorcycles.

We are extremely proud to introduce you to Euro Motorsports Performance Team.

Louis Franconi – Service Director

A familiar face around the service department, Louis Franconi (or “Louie” as he is commonly known by) has been with Euro Motorsports since the very beginning. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Louie spent several years working in the service industry before attending the American Motorcycle Institute to start his career in the motorcycle industry. After graduating from the BMW Program, he was brought on by Euro Motorsports as a master technician. Louie has an extensive technical background, and a strong personality to match.

Louie has a passion for BMW motorcycles, stemming back to his first BMW – a 1977 R100/7. But his desire to work with motorcycles began at the age of 13 when Louie built his very first motorcycle using a Briggs & Stratton engine and tractor tires.

Rich Beata – Service Operations Manager

Rich Beata has over a decade of management experience in the service industry at the dealership level. He has extensive working knowledge of process development and logistics of production management. Efficiency has been a key component in his successful career. He too has had the opportunity to work with every major Japanese and European motorcycle manufacturer with both dirt and street motorcycles. Rich has worked directly with Mark to build some of the finest performance and road race machines. One element that sets him apart is that he has a knack for sourcing rare and unique parts from around the world. If there is a particular race component that you are looking for, Rich somehow finds a source for it –just don’t ask how he got it.

Mark Ledesma – Master Technician

Mark Ledesma has been racing and dyno-tuning motorcycles for over 15 years. From performance street bikes to complete race bikes, Mark has worked with every major Japanese and European manufacturer. He has set up hundreds of race bikes for local, regional, and national club racers.

Mark has also competed and won championships in various classes in both regional and national CCS, and has held multiple track lap records in Phoenix and Las Vegas. Mark also competed in AMA Pro Thunder and Superbike classes and captured multiple podium finishes, and several top 15 finishes. A major contributor of Mark’s successful road racing career has been his positive attitude and his down to earth personality. He has been labeled an “icon” of CCS Southwest. His skills on the bench are impressive; from basic oil change to a complete race spec custom built motor; Mark’s attention to detail and extensive knowledge base are truly an asset to the Euro Motorsports Performance Team.

Jason Pellengahr – Master Technician

Jason Pellengahr has several years of master-level experience with Italian performance motorcycles. Jason started working with motorcycles in 1997 with Ducati in Europe. This inspired him to return to the United States and attend MMI for official training, which in turn launched his career in the motorcycle industry. Immediately after graduation, he was recruited by Eraldo Ferracci to work at the legendary Fast by Ferracci dealership. Jason spent 9 years working directly under the tutelage of Eraldo and the race team building race engines and installing performance upgrades for Ducati, MV Augusta and Moto Guzzi. He has created masterpiece project bikes that have been showcased in magazines such as the Nuovo Thunder Moto Guzzi and the MV Augusta FBF4 Eraldo Edition featured in Moto Euro magazine.

After becoming part of the Euro Motorsports family, Jason was sent directly to “the factory” in Bologna Italy, to prepare for the arrival of the Ducati Desmosedici. Jason is one of a handful of Desmosedici Certified Master Technicians in the world.

When Jason isn’t tuning an MV or servicing a Desmo, you can find him tearing up the track at the local R/C racetracks and testing his aeronautic skills at the airfields.
