DeerTours PCi Insulated Gloves

Premium insulated performance gloves provide the widest temperature range possible by utilizing an Outlast phase-change material liner in a patent-pending design. When your hands are cold, the liner acts like insulation and keeps heat in. When your hands get hot, it acts as a heat sink and pulls heat away. Additionally, when used with heated grips, it pulls the heat from the grips and distributes it around your hand. These are the only true insulated gloves that work with heated grips as most insulated gloves insulate you from the heat on the grips.

  • Proudly handcrafted in the USA
  • 2.75+ oz. deerskin (palm) is more abrasion-resistant than cowhide
  • Outlast® phase-change lining material changes it properties depending on temperature giving it an incredibly wide temperature range (30-75 degrees)
  • Thinsulate Flex® insulation on the backside of hand helps keep heat in without adding bulk to the palm side of the glove
  • Trimmed and ironed internal seams provide unrivaled fit, comfort and dexterity
  • Seamless palm for the ultimate in feel without pressure points
  • Dual-duty thread provides the strongest seams and won't cut through leather like Kevlar thread.
  • Hand washable leather stays soft
  • Inexpensive repairs available at our U.S. factory
  • Extra-long gauntlet has dual Velcro® wrist closures for a secure fit on any jacket
  • Double-stitched ErgoTechâ„¢ palm patch doesn't bunch up and provides strong abrasion-resistance
  • Double layer deerskin backing on knuckles for additional abrasion protection

Hi Folks,
It has been great meeting so many of you at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows around the country. As we've been driving to all of them, I'm afraid my poor dogs aren't going to recognize me when I finally return home. Hopefully they'll forgive me for sticking them with the dog sitter for two months if I bring them some nice treats.

The exciting news this month is in addition to finally offering under grip heaters for our PCi (and standard) customers (see below), we are introducing two incredible products that the Lee Parks Design Skunk Works has been working on for quite some time. I'm especially proud to introduce the Laguna Tail Pack. As a long-time motojournalist who can't go anywhere without his laptop, I have often wondered why no one has ever made a tail pack with provisions for a computer. So, of course, I had to rectify the situation with our first piece of premium motorcycle luggage. Like all Lee Parks Design products it's 100% made in the USA with only the finest materials and craftsmanship. And we're standing behind it with a lifetime warranty!

Attention music lovers. After personally spending over $1000 on custom earphones over the years I've never found any that were comfortable enough to wear under a helmet for more than an hour. After running across a famous audiologist who claimed to have developed a special ear canal tip that could comfortably fit ANY ear canal I was skeptical. After combining it with an audiophile-grade monitor and trying it with several helmets for hours and hours, I am now a true believer. These "S Plugs" as are more comfortable and do a better job of reducing wind noise than any custom set of plugs I've ever had. In fact, to prove their mettle, I'm offering an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on them. They're great for listening to that iPod off the bike as well.

To help make the Laguna and S Plugs an even sweeter deal, for any orders that include either one in the next 15 days we are offering a FREE pair of TechSox Boot Cut ($16.95 value). To take advantage of this very special offer, add the TechSox to your shopping cart and use the coupon code "FreeSOX" during checkout.

In Total Control news, we added a few practice days at some sites for a reduced cost and we finally have some classes in Florida during bike week and for the first time in Texas! Also we're back at Deals Gap for three days only. Check out the full schedule below for more information on all our events.

We are also very proud to announce the first dates for Total Control Level 2! That's right, your favorite riding educational institution now has a masters level course available in limited quantities this year at a few sites. It's only available to graduates of Level 1 but there are a couple opportunities for taking both together for first-timers or those of you who want a refresher before going to the second level ($50 discount for signing up for both!). I should personally be at all of them this year to make sure it's launched properly. There will also be one added in both SoCal and Phoenix for later in the year so stay tuned.

Ride Well,

Under Grip Heaters Laugh at Freezing Temperatures
If you’ve ever tried heated grips you know what a difference they can make on a cold day in terms of comfort and safety. Unfortunately, when the grips wear out, there goes your investment. The answer is Lee Parks Designs’ Under Grip Heaters. The self-adhesive heating elements work on any handlebar with any grips. A three-position switch (Off/Hi/Low) works in all temperatures and allows any gloves to be used in colder weather. For PCi glove owners, these heaters allow you to go down to temperatures you shouldn’t even be riding in, all without the bulk of traditional heated gloves. Go from cold to comfy with the flick of a switch today! (Draws 3 amps/40 watts on high and 2 amps/28 watts on low)

NEW Heli Bar for 2007-2008 Ducati 1098/1098S
New for 2007 - 2008 TracStar HeliBars for Ducati 1098 / 1098S

The seamless beauty of these one piece TracStar clipons is the result of a process Harry Eddy developed utilizing the power of 5 axis milling / turning CNC machinery.

Engineering a more comfortable bar for the 1098 was truly a difficult process. Everything imaginable is fighting you. The fairing is low above the bars and the shape of the fuel tank makes it almost impossible to make changes to the stock bars.

Considering the challenges, what Harry designed as a replacement for the stock clip-ons on the 1098 is nothing less than amazing. Subtle changes abound in our latest TracStar bar which will please the owner both on the street and on the track.

The sleek lines of the new 1098 TracStars are all about show and go. They work as beautifully as they look.

Features:
- 1" (25mm) taller at the end of the bar tube
3/4" (19mm) back - measured at the fork tube
1/2" (12.5mm) wider at 27"
One piece 6061 aluminum design
Pre-drilled for all controls
Retains all stock cables and hydraulic lines
Replaceable bar end sliders (dampers)
