intent
is
to
issue
a
monthly
newsletter

will
announce

upcoming

Inventory:
Our
inventory
is
always
fluctuating,
so
if
you
don't
have
time
to
visit
the
dealership,
simply
visit
our
website
and
check
out
our
motorcycle
inventory.
The
website
shows
current
new
inventory,
pre-owned
inventory,
and
access
to
BMW's
current
model
offering.
If
we
don't
have
a
model
you
want,
it
usually
only
takes
7
to
10
days
for
us
to
receive
a
motorcycle
ordered
on
your
behalf.

depending

credit
score;
however,

pre-owned
motorcycles
carry

same
rate
per
credit
level.
Consignment
Opportunities:
Did
you
realize
that
we
can
consign
your
motorcycle?
After
a
brief
inspection
and
approval,
we
can
consign
your
motorcycle
for
10%
of
the
sale
price,
but
no
less
than
$750.
Other
requirements
include
maintaining
insurance
on
the
motorcycle
and
permitting
test
rides.
Demonstrators:
We
have
a
number
of
demonstrator
models
available
for
test
rides.
To
qualify
for
a
test
ride,
you
must
present
a
current
driver's
license
with
motorcycle
endorsement,
insurance
card,
read
and
sign
a
waiver,
and
bring
your
own
riding
gear. |

Apparel:
We
are
a
stocking
dealer
for
BMW
Riders'
Apparel
in
both
men's
and
women's
sizes.
Whether
it's
the
Savanna
II
jacket
or
ComfortTemp
underwear,
we
probably
have
something
that
will
suit
your
needs.
And,
in
the
near
future
we'll
be
receiving
new
Riders'
Apparel
products
being
introduced
by
BMW.
New
Products:
We
continually
evaluate
the
sales
histories
of
our
parts,
accessories,
and
riding
gear
products
and
look
for
new
items.
So,
it
is
likely
that
we
will
have
new
products
coming
to
us
on
a
weekly
basis.
For
example,
we
now
carry
Schuberth's
new
S1
full
face
helmet
and
we're
on
the
verge
of
receiving
a
new
line
of
apparel.
BMW
Stock
Order:
Our
BMW
Stock
Orders
are
sent
to
BMW
every
Thursday
at
noon.
Then,
those
items
we
ordered
usually
come
in
by
Wednesday
of
the
following
week.
So,
keep
this
in
mind
if
you
need
us
to
order
something
in
on
your
behalf.
Gift
Certificates:
BMWOR
Gift
Certificates
are
available
for
the
"tough
to
shop
for"
individual.
Gift
certificates
can
be
made
for
any
amount
and
can
be
used
for
parts
&
accessories
purchases,
riding
gear,
service,
and
motorcycle

Pick-Up
&
Delivery:
Is
your
schedule
so
busy
that
you're
having
a
tough
time
getting
your
motorcycle
in
for
service
before
the
spring
rush?
Perhaps
we
can
help.
BMWOR
offers
a
pick-up
and
delivery
service
for
its
customers.
Cost
will
vary
depending
on
location
and
number
of
bikes
being
picked
up.
And
we'll
reduce
our
costs
for
multiple
pick-ups
in
the
same
geographic
vicinity.
Battery
Maintenance:
There
are
certainly
lots
of
questions
associated
with
safe
battery
charging
for
sealed
cell
batteries.
In
essence,
if
you
have
a
sealed
cell
battery
in
your
motorcycle,
you
need
a
battery
charger
that
does
not
exceed
14.0
volts
in
its
charging
cycles.
By
exceeding
14.0
volts,
the
charger
will
cause
too
much
pressure
and
the
"seal"
will
be
broken
and
therefore
your
battery
will
be
ineffective
in
a
relatively
short
timeframe.
BMWOR
stocks
three
different
battery
chargers
that
will
work
with
sealed
cell
batteries
ranging
from
$60
to
$115
depending
on
your
particular
needs.
Spring
Service
Rush:
While
we
aren't
into
the
full
rush
of
spring
service
appointments,
things
are
really
picking
up
in
the
Service
Department.
Now
is
the
time
to
get
your
motorcycle
in
for
a
spring
tune-up
or
other
scheduled
service
interval,
to
ensure
your
motorcycle
is
ready
for
your
first
ride.
Please

arrange
for
your
service
appointment.
Service
Loaners:
As
of
January
1,
2005,
BMWOR
has
two
motorcycles
designated
as
Service
Loaners.
These
are
available
to
our
Service
Department
customers
on
a
first
come,
first
served
basis.
The
only
cost
associated
with
this
service
is
replacing
the
fuel
used
while
in
your
possession. |

As
you
may
have
seen
in
various
trade
magazines
and
on
the
interent,
BMW
is
introducing
some
exciting
new
motorcycle
models
in
2005.
The
much
awaited
K1200S
will
finally
arrive
in
BMW
Motorcycle
dealerships
in
April,
as
well
as
the
new
R1200RT
and
the
R1200ST.
In
late
March,
BMW
will
be
launching
the
new
RT
and
ST
models
to
its
US
dealers
in
Southern
California.
Immediately
thereafter,
the
first
round
of
RT
and
ST
models
will
be
delivered
to
the
dealerships
for
your
viewing
and
purchasing
pleasure. April
has
been
identified
by
BMW
as
"SPRING
OPEN
HOUSE"
month
for
its
dealerships.
BMWOR
will
be
holding
its
SPRING
OPEN
HOUSE
event
on
Saturday,
April
16th. |

Performance
Saturday
will
take
place
on
the
26th.
On
this
day,
customers
will
save
10%-20%
on
the
purchase
and
installation
of
performance
related
accessories.
Performance
accessories
will
include
items
such
as
exhaust
systems,

and
supplemental
lighting.

February
Ride:
On
Sunday,
February
27th
we'll
meet
at
7:45am
and
depart
at
8:00am.
We're
going
to
head
to
the
north
and
plan
on
meeting
at
the
New
Morning
Bakery

in
Corvallis
at
9:00am.
After
we
get
a
bite
to
eat,
the
roads
will
be
open
to
additional
happy
miles
in
all
directions.
March
Event:
Do
you
have
motorcycle
parts
or
riding
apparel
taking
up
space
in
your
garage
or
closet?
What
about
a
motorcycle
that
you're
ready
to
send
off
to
a
new
owner?
On
Saturday,
March
12th,
bring
those
parts
and
gear
to
BMWOR
and
clean-out
your
garage.
There
will
be
no
charge
for
you
to
sell
your
stuff
on
our
premises,
but
you
will
be
responsible
for
the
sale
of
the
goods.
We'll
also
give
you
a
chance
to
sell
that
motorcycle
for
a
reduced
consignment
fee
of
5%.
March
Ride:
On
Sunday,
March
13th,
we'll
meet
at
11:45am
and
depart
at
12:00pm
for
a
late
lunch
at
the
McMenamin's
Roseburg
Station
Pub
&
Brewery

1:30pm.
This
will
give
us
a
chance
to
use
side
roads
as
we
head
south.

bite
to
eat,

March
Motorcycle
Refresher
Class:
On
Saturday,
March
19,
we'll
be
holding
three
motorcycle
refresher
classes
for
customers
whom
have
purchased
motorcycles
from
BMWOR
since
last
summer.
Each
one
hour
class
will
focus
on
one
of
the
motorcycle
engine
classes
(F,
R,
or
K)
and
provide
customers
with
a
refresher
on
tire
pressures,
service
intervals,
repairing
flat
tires,
etc.
Classes
are
1:00pm
for
customers
that
purchased
F650s;
2:00pm
for
customers
that
purchase
R
series
motorcycles,
and
3:00pm
for
customers
that
purchased
K
series
motorcycles.
By
participating
in
this
refresher
class,
you
will
receive
a
10%
discount
that
can
be
applied
against
the
next
service
appointment
for
your
new
motorcycle.
April
Event:
Women's
Day.
On
this
day,
we'll
be
focusing
on
motorcycling
from
a
woman's
point
of
view.
On
this
day,
women
will
have
special
incentives
to
purchase
riding
gear,
motorcycles,
and
parts.
