We will be accepting bids via ebay AS WELL AS from walk-in customers at our dealership between now and 3:00pm CST January 26th, 2008. The highest bidder, walk-in or ebay bidder, at 3:00pm CST 1/26/2008 will be declared the winner of the auction and will be expected to pay the price bid plus a doc fee of $150.00. Alabama residents will pay be expected to pay a 3.75% sales tax; out-of-state residents will pay taxes in their state of residence. The Buyer will be responsible for all title work and title fees.

This bike was placed in our dealership on consignment on 7/6/2006. Due to financial problems, the owner abandoned the vehicle and neither the owner nor the lienholder has claimed the vehicle. In accordance with Alabama law in October of 2007 we initiated the process of establishing the vehicle as "abandoned property" under Alabama law and have since earned the right to sell the vehicle with an "Abandoned Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale" (form#MVT 32-13B). The buyer of this bike will receive this documentation and be able to get a title for the vehicle.
