Forward this newsletter to a friend On February 9th, Cayle Price of our Sales staff along with about 75 dealer representatives from the US and Canada were invited by KTM USA to participate in a street bike track day at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway where he was able to not only see some of KTM's hottest new models but also get to ride them. The all day event featured many of the new 2008 models including the 990 Adventure, 990 Super Duke and the 690 SMC Supermoto. Cayle said the highlight of the day for him was riding the new 990 Super Duke R, an ultra high performance version of the standard model. With an upgraded suspension and exhaust, KTM also added a steering damper and about 10 additional horsepower. This was the coming out party for this unit and Cayle said it "was a privilege and honor to ride it." For us winter-bound here, Cayle had to remind us that, not only did KTM provide a great meal and exotic motorcycles that got put through their paces on the track, the weather was 65 degrees.
