Congratulations, we officially made it through winter! While it may not feel like spring in some areas of Oregon, in the Willamette Valley we have flowers in bloom, buds on the trees, and the sun is making a valiant effort to show itself.

All of these things have inspired motorcyclists to pull off their bike covers, check their tire pressures, and venture out for the first time in many months.

With that in mind, please take your time to reacquaint yourself with your motorcycle and remember that we need to be extra defensive on the roadways.

2008 has already been busy for us in Eugene and Tigard with guest speakers from the UK and more locally and giving away 2 G 650 Xchallenges to customers from Milwaukie and Eugene. Just because the riding season is advancing in traditional fashion, our event schedule hasn't gotten any less filled with activities such as Michael Murray's Road Less Traveled next week or Ted Simon visiting our stores in April to discuss his new book, "Dreaming of Jupiter".

Indoor activities are great; however, nothing can beat activities that get us involved with our motorcycles. Later this month, we have a ride from Tigard to Pacific City and we'll be offering a clinic on April 5th on Prepping your bike for the riding season. We're also mobilizing a group of customers to attend Rawhyde off-road oriented events in May and November.

The left side of the newsletter has a season full of events that you'll want to mark on your calendars. Specific details of those activities will eventually make it onto our website Event Calendar so you'll want to check back periodically for updates of those events you're interested in attending.

Enough said for now, we looking forward to seeing you in Eugene and/or Tigard!
