We stayed true to the authentic H-D orange racing paint scheme with a racier checkered flag graphic. But this incarnation gets the full blacked-out treatment: black calipers, fork sliders, air cleaner cover, handlebars, and rear springs. We even blacked-out the rubber-mounted Evolution® engine so it looks as good as it feels. Staggered shorty dual exhaust pipes. Two-up seat and passenger footpegs. 2005 Harley-Davidson® Sportster® XL 883L
The name is 883 Low. But that by no means marks its place on the fun scale. This new lower Sportster® model grabs attention and hugs the curves just like the rest of its XL family. We lowered the front and rear suspensions and gave it a sleek low solo seat to make it the easiest Sportster out there to throw a leg over. Getting the 883L off the kickstand is as easy as the low custom look is on the eyes. That custom look begins with a fresh graphic treatment. No other 883 has it. Then we pulled back the polished handlebar and stretched it wider for a riding position unlike any other. Power comes from the recently redesigned Evolution® engine, rubber-mounted so your backside isn’t just lower, it’s more comfortable, too. Hello, everyone. It's great Riding weather here today. I hope all of you have a chance to take advantage a get a little ride in . I think the beautiful spring days are a very precious commodity in the Southeast Texas area(all three of them). But seriously it's time to get some good riding in while the nice weather lasts. Hopefully all of you have been or planning to come in and let us make sure your Harley is ready to go. Spring is when we see a lot of bikes coming out of hibernation and it usaually means selling alot of batteries, cleaning carbs, and flushing fuel tanks of rancid gas. Also it is time when our customers are replace old and worn tires. As most of you already know, we sell our Original equipment Dunlop tires for $98.00. We have been doing this sale for some time now, and it is a great deal. The discount on those tires can be a substantial amount and in some cases more than half price. To make this an even sweeter deal, In the month of April, we will even intall these tires for free! Yes, thats right! $98 dollar tires and free intallation! We should be able to replace them the same day as long as you have your bike to us by 9:00am. We will also inspect your brakes at the time of installation. If you aren't sure your tires are due for replacement, we will be glad to check them out for you. Just stop by and see one of our service advisors for a free check. We use genuine Harley-Davidson depth guages and refer to the original depth chart in our Global Warranty manual. So, not only can we tell you what the depth of your tread is, we can tell you what is new so you can see how much wear you have. Our Parts Department is in on this and they have stocked up on all sizes of these tires so we should have your size in stock(OEM). As always, thank you for your business, We hope to see you soon.
