With over 16 years in the industry, CYCLE WORLD MAUI is pleased to announce their new general manager: TIFFANY WILSON!

Tiffany has leased the entire existing building to allow for more show room area for the already large selection of NEW Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki inventory. Tiffany has also incorporated new Service Bays and tools for the Certified Service Technicians. “I honestly believe that in order offer the best Service Department, we must give our Service Techs’ all of the necessary tools and training. Otherwise, we are simply setting them up to fail,” Tiffany stated while touring the Service Department for the first time. The parts and accessories departments will be relocated to allow for more storage and display area to facilitate a larger inventory as well.

When asked about inventory growth, Tiffany responded candidly; stating, “If we turn the specific part four times in one year, it is a part that I will stock. If it does not turn four times in a year, we will still order it, on a case by case basis.”

Tiffany believes that by offering the highest quality of products and service and selling it at a fair price will allow Cycle World, Maui to be the premier dealership on the island. Customer service is of the upmost importance to Tiffany. Under her immediate supervision she has employed a Customer Service Specialist to answer the telephone and greet EVERY customer that walks through the front door.

“I want every customer to feel that they are appreciated and important whether they are purchasing a $10 spark plug or a $10,000 major unit” Tiffany stated during the employee orientation on March 1, 2008. She added, “If you have ever been to Disneyland, you know the good feeling you have by being surrounded with people that love their job everyday. That is what I want my staff to feel like everyday coming to work at Cycle World, Maui. I know that happy employees will create a happy environment for our customers.”

Noa is a passionate young man with so much talent, personality, and integrity.

On Friday, April 4, 2008 Noa was chosen to be the 2008 Yamaha Factory Rider for Maui County. Noa was highly recommended to Justin, the Factory Yamaha Representative, by Tiffany Wilson, General Manager of Cycle World, Maui. “Noa is an amazing rider, a great role model for young racers and he is a genuine person. He has worked so hard and I honestly believe that he deserves this opportunity,” Tiffany stated to Justin during the all day Dealership Meeting in Wailuku.

Noa’s Factory Yamaha, Cycle World, Maui and Maui Race Boy, Sponsored Package includes the following: 2008 Yamaha YZ250F, 2008 Yamaha YZ450F, Yamaha Factory Riding jersey, pants, gloves, boots, helmet, accessories for both dirt bikes as well as airline tickets to all the outer islands for track practices and races, and finally access to the Factory Yamaha Race Service Technicians to tune and maintain his new YZ250F and YZ450F dirt bikes.

Noa celebrated his great news with his co-workers and mother with dinner.
