  • 3 NEW BMW MOTORCYCLE MODELS HAVE ARRIVED AND 2 OTHERS WILL SOON FOLLOW!!!: Sales of the three newest models are strong and in the near future BMW will deliver two more bikes to this fantastic line-up.

    Next Models:

  • K1200R - 163 horsepower packaged into a 523 lb. motorcycle with a three colors available (sun yellow, dark graphite metallic, and white aluminum metallic. Standard features will include ABS and heated handgrips, with a number of options including a windscreen, BMW's revolutionary Electronic Suspension Adjustment (ESA), saddlebags, luggage rack, a soft tailbag, centerstand, tankbag, and GPS navigator package. MSRP with ABS will likely be $15.2K.
  • R1200GS HP2 ENDURO - 105 horsepower packaged into a 429 lb. motorcycle available in indigo blue metallized / alaska grey. This model is BMW's next effort in creating lightweight, powerful motorcycles that will be put to the test in off-road competition. With limited production this year, US dealers will be likely receive only one of these models. At $21.5K, this bike is made for the select few.
  • 2006 R1150GS ADVENTURE - 2004 and 2005 saw the R1150GS Adventure sell out much more quickly than BMW anticipated. In response, BMW will be producing a limited number of the R1150GS Adventure this summer. Labeled as a 2006 model in matte white paint with a black and blue seat, only 100 units will be brought into the US. With such limited numbers, this will likely become a collector's item. Units should arrive at participating dealers (i.e. BMWOR) in September or October 2005 with an anticipated price tag of $15.75K.

Referral Rewards: If you refer someone that purchases a motorcycle from BMWOR and they disclose that you referred them to us before the close of the sale, you will be rewarded with a $150 BMWOR Gift Certificate!!

BMW Group Financial Services (BMW FS) has slimmed down its sales support to 0.9% APR for 2004 R1100S and K1200RS models, and 3.9% on 2004 K1200GT models. The R1100S and K1200RS will still come with the first 5 payments made by BMW and the K1200GT will come with the first 3 payments made by BMW. Current offer ends 06/30/05.

Demonstrators: We have a number of demonstrator models available for test rides including the K1200S, the R1200RT, the R1200ST, and the R1200GS. To qualify for a test ride, you must present a current driver's license with motorcycle endorsement, insurance card, read and sign a waiver, and bring your own riding gear.

  • Women's Riding Apparel: BMWOR has probably the widest variety of women's specific riding apparel. Because we have woman specific riding apparel from BMW, REV'IT!, Gerbing's, and FirstGear, most women can find a riding suit and accompanying items that fit the body and the budget.

New BMW Model Accessories: BMWOR stocks accessories for most BMW motorcycle models including the K1200S, R1200RT, and R1200ST. We're talking about saddlebags, liners, topcases, tankbags, cylinder head protectors, and accessory sockets to name just a few.

Gift Certificates: BMWOR Gift Certificates are available for the "tough to shop for" individual. Gift certificates can be made for any amount and can be used for parts & accessories purchases, riding gear, service, and motorcycle purchases.

Tire Pressure: So you're ready to take your motorcycle out for the first time this season, have you checked your tire pressure? This is one of the most common items neglected by motorcyclists and it can turn into one of the deadliest.

Many of BMW's newer models suggest tire pressures of 36 psi for the front and 42 psi for the rear, but check you manual for specific recommendations and then verify that your tires are inflated properly.

Low tire pressures can lead to poor motorcycle handling, shorter tire life, and lousy fuel economy, on top of being life threatening!

To date, we received one motorcycle in for a service appointment with a front tire pressure of 10 lbs.! YIKES! Please take the extra time to maintain your tire pressures. If you find that this is troublesome, stop by and check out the SmarTire system which will provide you with real-time information about your tire pressures.

Service Loaners: Don't forget to ask for a service loaner when you make an appointment, as availability is on a first come, first served basis.

Pick-Up & Delivery: Is your schedule so busy that you're having a tough time getting your motorcycle in for service before the spring rush? Perhaps we can help. BMWOR offers a pick-up and delivery service for its customers. Cost will vary depending on location and number of bikes being picked up. And we'll reduce our costs for multiple pick-ups in the same geographic vicinity.

We want your help!! We're on a quest to collect digital pictures from customers while they're traveling by motorcycle. Then, at the end of the year, we're going to have customers that visit the dealership vote on the twelve images to be placed in the "2006 BMWOR Customer Calendar". If you would like your images to be considered for the calendar, please email them to info@bmwor.com.

We just wanted to thank everyone for the compliments and support we have received for our events, newsletter, and direct mail efforts. We have built our distribution database from customers that have visited the dealership and website, people that registered at our Open House last year and other special events, and from commercial lists purchased from CycleWorld, Motorcyclist, and Polk.

If you are receiving information from us and wish to be removed from our distribution list, you can select the newsletter's unsubscribe option or simply give us a call.
