Price
Adjustments
Just
when
we
thought
Harley-Davidson
was
immune
to
the
problems
of
the
"real
world,"
this
happens.
Harley-Davidson
has
announced
that,
due
to
rising
prices
on
essential
materials,
they
(and,
therefore,
we)
are
forced
to
raise
prices
on
oil,
batteries
and
tires,
effective
immediately.
We're
sending
you
this
informative
email
in
the
hopes
that
you
will
be
more
prepared
for
the
"shock"
of
a
price
adjustment
on
parts
that
have
historically
been
fairly
consistent.
We
are
also
hoping
that
this
email
will
convey
the
message
that
these
increases
are
not
the
work
of
Dallas
Harley-Davidson,
and
our
parts
and
service
personnel
are
just
the
messengers.
