Please join on on Sunday August 24, 2008 for the Michigan Ride for Kids. It benefits a great cause, it supports the efforts of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) to find the cause of and cure childhood brain tumors.

Join hundreds of other motorcyclists for a senic ride through Michigans countryside. We will leave from Washtenaw Community College. You'll have a great time while raising funds for the PBTF's medical research and family support programs. Riders on all makes and models are welcome for the ride. Street legal dual sport motorcycles are welcome for the dual sport event.

Registration opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 10:30. The dual sport ride starts at 10 a.m. and the police-escorted road ride starts at 10:30 a.m. following a riders meeting, Rain or Shine!

The ride will loop back to the college. After a light lunch, participants will enjoy a Celebration of Life program that features interviews with young brain tumor survivors- the Ride for Kids "stars" of the day. Award presentations to top fundraisers and distribution of premiums will follow.

The minimum donation to ride is $35, but the more money you raise, the more premiums you earn. For each $300 you raise, your name will be entered into a drawing for a brand new Honda motorcycle!

For more information please call 1-800-253-6530.

Great Lakes Power Sports will offer anyone who participates in the ride a one time 15% parts discount if they bring their Green Ride for Kids wristband in to the store showing they went on the ride. As well as a free Great Lakes Power Sports T-Shirt!
