find
few
chances
to
make,
not
only
a
meaningful
statement
of
compassion,
but
attempt
to
save
the
life
of
a
beautiful
young
boy
that’s
reached
only
19
months
of
age.

is

Have
you
ever
seen
anything
as
precious
as
this
sweet
little
boy?
Only
three
Saturdays
ago
this
beautiful
child
sat
on
a
Ducati
replica
racer
crouched
over
the
bars
making
tiny
rmmmmmmm-rmmmmmm
sounds,
he
was
a
picture
of
youth,
excitement,
and
health.
The
way
he
instinctively
tucked
in,
I
wondered
if
I
were
seeing
a
young
Moto
Gran
Prix
star
born
to
ride
unfolding
before
my
eyes.
A
week
later
he
was
in
Children’s
Hospital
fighting
for
his
life
as
he
continues
today.
Without
all
of
our
help
and
a
miracle,
he
may
never
touch
handlebars
again.
This
is
a
fight
against
a
malignant
brain
tumor
that
is
working
relentlessly
to
snuff
out
the
life
of
this
fine
child
before
he
gets
a
chance
to
live
and
enjoy
the
passion
of
motorcycling
that
we
all
have
in
common.
He
may
never
get
a
chance
to
play
with
his
unborn
sister
now
safely
resting
in
her
mother’s
womb.
He
may
never
get
a
chance
to
visit
his
father
here
at
the
shop
and
watch
his
Dad
service
our
motorcycles
and
scooters
with
an
eye
tuned
for
perfection.
How
can
we
help?
On
Sunday,
November
the
9th,
from
11:00
am
to
4:00
pm.
Bogart’s
will
sponsor
a
family
benefit
to
help
young
Elijah
and
his
family
cope
with
the
tremendous
financial
hurdle
they
endure
every
minute
of
every
day.
We
are
offering
Raffle
Prizes
and
a
silent
auction
with
items
generously
donated
by
our
motorcycle
manufacturers
and
other
key
suppliers
and
friends.
We’ll
have
a
cook
out
with
plenty
to
eat
and
drink.
We
are
going
on
a
group
benefit
ride
supporting
the
cause
that
any
rider
is
welcome
to
join
as
a
demonstration
of
support.
On
that
Sunday,
Bogart’s
will
be
open
as
a
rally
point
and
for
comfort,
but
will
be
closed
for
business.
Make
no
mistake
about
it.
This
is
all
about
helping
Elijah
and
his
family
and
not
a
ploy
for
commercial
activity.
Be
it
known
however,
that
from
today
until
Tuesday,
November
11th,
10%
of
all
apparel,
parts,
and
accessories
purchased
will
be
donated
to
the
Elijah
Seritt
Assistance
Fund.
Additionally
all
of
our
motorcycles
are
on
sale
including
impossible
to
replace
rare
models.
From
the
sale
of
each
a
very
generous
donation
will
be
made
by
Bogart’s
to
the
fund.
As
General
Manager
I
guarantee
that
we’ll
offer
rock
bottom
prices
never
offered
before
on
our
motorcycles
to
support
this
benefit.
