hype
and
media
stories
about
the
current
state

lending

United
States.

market
makes

impossible
for

to

is
true
that
a
lot
has
happened
in
the
housing
industry
in
the
last
year
or
two.
However,
most
of
the
lenders
have
not
been
involved
in
loaning
money
in
the
risky
mortgage
market.
Honda
has
no
stakes
in
mortgages
and
another
of
our
big
lenders,
Merrick
Bank,
has
less
than
1%
of
their
portfolio
in
mortgages. |

#2:
I
have
good
credit,
but
interest
rates
are
too
high
right
now. |

Absolutely
not
true!
For
people
with
good
credit,
you
can
pretty
much
choose
your
rate
and
term.
On
select
models
we
have
your
choice
of
either
double
rebates
or
interest
rates
as
low
as
0.99%
for
36
months
if
you
have
a
720
credit
score. |

#3:
My
credit
is
less
than
perfect,
I
don't
think
they
will
give
me
a
loan.
I
have
been
told

great
lender

they
look
at
the
person,
not
just
a
credit
score.

when

getting
approved
is
not
all
that
difficult.

will
help
the

get
to

customers,
