Do-Rock
Racing
began
the
2009
AHDRA
season
with
a
strong
qualifying
effort
on
Saturday,
but
Sunday’s
eliminations
were
cancelled
because
of
rain.
At
the
end
of
Saturdays
qualifications
rider
Jeff
Stevens
took
the
second
spot
in
the
Super
Gas
class
and
was
fourth
overall
in
the
V-Rod
Destroyer
class.
“We
were
disappointed
in
not
getting
to
race
on
Sunday
because
crew
chief
Richard
Hankins
had
both
V-Rod
Destroyers
tuned
extremely
well.
We
thought
we
had
a
great
opportunity
to
win
some
rounds
on
Sunday,”
said
Stevens.
After
one
event
in
the
2009
AHDRA
season
the
Do-Rock
Racing
team
is
in
fourth
place
nationally
in
the
Screamin’
Eagle
V-Rod
Destroyer
Class
and
second
place
in
the
Bison/Vreeland
Super
Gas
standings.
The
next
event
on
the
AHDRA’s
schedule
is
the
Stone
Mountain
H-D,
Southern
Nationals,
April
25th-26th,
at
Atlanta
Dragway,
Commerce,
Georgia.
