Do you like to save money? I know I do! What if I told you that you could save up to 40% on your bike’s regular scheduled maintenance? Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?? Let me tell you how you can start saving...
We have an exclusive program here at HDC called PRIORITY SERVICE.
Priority Service is a prepaid maintenance plan which covers all your scheduled maintenance for 3 to 5 years. New models require major service every 5,000 miles. This Plan covers all service regardless of mileage. The more you ride, the more you save! Not only do you save money but you are given priority over anyone else. Your bike always goes to the front of the line with no appointment needed...ever!
Other benefits include nitrogen for your tires, complimentary bike wash with every service, and a one time battery replacement. All work is performed by our PHD certified technicians.
What if you were in an accident? Priority Service will pay $250 towards your insurance deductible. Priority Service is transferable if you buy another bike, for a small fee, which enhances your trade value.
Service can be redeemed here at HDC or at our sister store, Earl Small’s Harley-Davidson. Come in and ask anyone about this great plan!








I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend! We've been very busy at the store and I think all of us really appreciated the extra time off to spend with friends and family.
Reflecting on the meaning of the 4th of July also makes us appreciate all that our military does.
We are planning a special event for August and I wanted to let everyone know in advance
so that they could be a part of it.
The Forgotten Soldiers Outreach is an organization that sends care packages to our soldiers overseas. We forget about the luxuries available to us like toothpaste, deodorant, wet wipes, & shampoo, just to name a few. When you talk to the soldiers and find out how much these things are needed, it's a real eye opener. Kind of makes me step back & realize how fortunate I am!
Forgotten Soldiers Outreach Volunteers will be at our dealership on August 29th, grilling and selling the food and drinks. The proceeds will go toward the care packages they send to our Armed Forces.
The dealership will also be a drop off point for items you may donate for these packages. A list of items can be seen at www.forgottensoldiersoutreach.org/donate-items_needed.shtml.
While you're on the website, click on the 'Soldiers Speak' tab and take a look at some thank you letters the soldiers have sent...it's very touching.
If you are a NASCAR fan, we'll also have the NASCAR Stars and Stripes Simulator Car here that same day from 10AM-5PM. For a minimum donation of $5, you can get in and have the sensation of driving!
All proceeds will go to the Forgotten Soldiers Outreach.
Our Harley-Davidson family is proud to be riding an American product and are glad we are able to support the great men and women that dedicate their lives to our country.
It will be a fun time & all for a very good cause!
Our staff is getting ready to go to the Summer Dealer Meeting in Denver, CO at the end of this month. It will be exciting to see all the changes and improvements on the motorcycles as well as the new products. This also means that the 2009 model year is winding down and availability of different models/colors is getting very limited. The good news is, there's not a better time to purchase a new 2009 Harley-Davidson motorcycle than right now! We have to make room for the 2010's that will be arriving in a few short weeks. Harley-Davidson also has just released some great new programs to help you get the motorcycle you have always wanted! Hurry in before yours is gone!!

DAVE'S MONTHLY PARTS TIDBIT

This month, I want to talk about our special ordering.
We place our regular "stock" orders 4 times a month on Tuesday afternoons.
Our special orders go in first every day, except weekends. After the order is placed, we can see any items that will need to be back ordered & we will call you with the expected shipping date.
It all starts with you...the customer. You need a part & it's a non-stock item. How fast do you want it? You can either wait for our restock order (arrives in 5-10 days) or you can pay shipping & have it special ordered (3-5 days).
If you need the part faster, we have expedited shipping options. We also might be able to get the part from another Harley-Davidson dealer but that will have a 10% handling fee plus shipping.
You will be called as soon as your special order arrives in our dealership.
Anytime you want to check on your order, please feel free to call. One of our associates will be glad to help you!
We do our best to get the items to you as quickly as possible.
