We're
thrilled
that
our
anniversary
of
the
Grand
Opening
of
Indian
Motorcycle
Charlotte
is
less
than
60
days
out.
Most
of
you
know
the
story
by
now.
After
nearly
four
years
of
development,
engineering
and
refinement,
Indian
Motorcycle
Company
produced
its
first
groundbreaking
machines
just
about
a
year
ago.
At
the
same
time,
work
was
finishing
up
on
our
spectacular
new
dealership
along
I-85
just
outside
of
Charlotte.
Not
only
is
it
the
Indian
Flagship,
but
America's
Motorcycle
Showplace
and
a
great
place
to
call
home.
We're
very
proud
of
what
we've
accomplished
as
the
world's
leading
Indian
dealer,
but
there
is
so
much
more
to
do.
In
the
months
following
our
opening
last
Fall,
we've
displayed
the
spectacular
new
Indian
Chiefs
at
dozens
of
motorcycle
events
in
several
states,
participated
in
numerous
rides,
run
print
and
radio
advertising
and
enjoyed
some
exceptional
public
relations
coverage.
Yet
there's
one
conversation
keeps
occurring
at
our
"outreach"
events:
"Indian
is
making
motorcycles
again?"
Yup.
Of
course,
we
follow
up
with
historical
details,
talk
about
the
new
plant,
the
fabulous
new
Indian
Chief
models
and
our
dealership.
Probably
had
well
over
a
thousand
such
conversations,
and
while
it's
sometimes
mildly
frustrating,
it's
also
a
good
reminder
that
our
communications
work
is
never
done.
Zealots
wanted
to

spread
the

As
the
annual
pilgrimage
to
Sturgis
draws
to
a
close,
a
few
hundred
thousand
close
friends
have
again
participated
in
this
annual
last
blast
of
summer.

some

the
2010
Chief

and
Motorcycle-USA.com
has
a
nice
story
on
the
ride
to
the
Crazy
Horse
Memorial.
Also
