our
attention,
by
our
new
Service
Department
Manager,
that
many
of
his
loyal
customers
had
months
or
years
left
on
their
existing
Pre
Paid
Maintenance
Plans.
He
should
know,
he
managed
Auburn's
service
department
for
several
years.
Lou
Biron
is
a
man
dedicated
to
his
customers,
and
wanted
to
make
sure
that
they
were
cared
for,
not
just
in
the
weeks
following
the
closure,
keeping
the
shop
open
to
finish
those
bikes
left
on
the
books,
but
for
years
afterward.
It
was
he
in
fact,
who
brought
forward
the
idea
of
taking
on
the
PPM
customers
that
were
left
behind.
This
is
a
tough
move
in
a
tough
economy,
but
you're
part
of
the
Iron
Steed
H-D
family
now
and
we're
extending
this
welcome
to
you.
Our
only
stipulations
are
that
you
have
an
existing
PPM
contract
with
Auburn
Harley-Davidson,
and
you
can
present
us
your
Auburn
H-D
PPM
card.
That
said,
it
will
be
honored
at
our
shop
for
your
remaining
services
under
the
same
circumstances
as
the
original
contract
(with
the
exception
of
bike
pick-up
and
delivery).
