the

a
new
motorcycle
law.
Effective
September
1st,
a
requirement
for
all
applicants
for
a
motorcycle
license,
or
endorsement
on
a
regular
or
commercial
driver's
license,
to
provide
proof
of
successful
completeion
of
an
approved
basic
motorcylce
operator
training
course,
such
as
that
offered
at
Gruene
Harley-Davidosn
with
our
Riders
Edge
Course.
