LOUD PIPES, LLC PURCHASES WISCONSIN HARLEY-DAVIDSON SEPTEMBER 15, 2009 Loud Pipes, LLC is a partnership between Wade Fletcher, Brian Glynn and Brad Weber, three seasoned executives with diverse and complementary skill sets. "We are grateful for the strong business foundation established by owner Kirk Topel and the opportunity to turn what has been our long-time passion into our careers," Fletcher said. Fletcher has been president of the Casters and Wheels division of E.R. Wagner Manufacturing Company since 1994. Glynn has been the chief financial officer at E.R. Wagner Manufacturing since 1989, and Weber has been an executive with Mercury Marine since 1989, most recently as director of field service development & operations. The trio's intent is to build on the high standards of customer service and attention to detail that have been a staple of Wisconsin Harley-Davidson's operation, Weber said. The business will retain the Wisconsin Harley-Davidson moniker and brand identity as before. "As with any transition of this type, change is inevitable," Glynn said, "but the changes will be focused on ways to expand and best serve our growing customer base."
