WANTED
Jim's
Harley-Davidson
is
seeking
contestants
for
our
4th
Annual
Chili
Cook
Off.
We
need
firm
commitments
from
our
contestants.
We
ask
for
a
$20
reservation
fee
upon
sign-up.
We
ask
that
you
sign
a
contestant
form
when
you
register.
This
is
to
ensure
that
you
understand
the
rules
and
regulations
for
the
cook-off.
Awards
are
as
follows:
$250
People's
Choice
Award,
$150
Best
Decorated
Booth
and
$50
Hottest
Chili
Award.
Power
will
be
provided.
Jim’s
will
not
provide
any
lights,
extension
chords,
tables,
chairs,
or
tents.
Each
vendor
is
required
to
sign
a
release
form
for
the
event.
Vending
spots
are
available
on
a
first
reserve
basis.
You
may
not
leave
the
event
until
after
the
awards
ceremony
starting
at
3:30p.
RULES
AND
REGULATIONS
Must
pay
$20
to
reserve
spot.
Must
cook
a
minimum
of
3
gallons
of
chili.
Must
cook
on-sight.
Must
show
up
at
8
am
on
1/10/08
for
set
up.
Must
use
red
chillies
in
recipe.
Must
display
ingredients
(not
portions).
Only
20
