| The Santa Clara Valley Peace Officers Memorial Run organization sponsors a charitable fundraising motor-ride event. Proceeds are donated to the children and spouses of those officers who have fallen in the line of duty.
The Memorial Run has become one of the largest motorcycle events in the Bay Area. In 2003, more than 3000 bikes attended. The Fourth Annual Santa Clara Valley Peace Officers Memorial Run will be held Saturday, May 15, 2004 on National Police Day. |
