My name is Luther Utt and I'm a long time, faithful customer of Bayside and HOG member.

I wanted to take a minute and express to you my great satisfaction on some work I recently had done by the service department.

I have a 2005 Deluxe that I had Mini-Apes put on. Pin did the work for me and just did an outstanding job. He knows my bike and the way that I have maintained it. So his workmanship and care reflected not only his commitment to excellent but also his familiarity with what I have come to expect from Bayside over the years I have dealt with you folks. He even went so far as to order a couple of chrome connectors for some lines that do not come stock with chrome connectors because he knows how particular I am.

I understand that mistakes can and will be made. We try to avoid them but human is what we are. I can honestly say that to my memory Pin has never made a mistake on my bike. He, in my opinion, is the ultimate service tech.

I have heard others talk about various issues with service and problems that they have had, but in my going on 5 years, I have never had a problem, have always been treated kindly and received what I consider to be excellent work. Don Ramos runs a good shop and has always taken great care of me. That is why I, unlike others who have gone to other dealers or service departments, continue my patronage with Bayside.
