The
weather
sure
has
cooperated
for
riding
motorcycles
so
far.
Many
of
you
have
stopped
by
already
to
say
"hi",
to
pick
up
a
couple
cheap
tires,
some
accessories
and
to
see
what's
new
in
the
store.
You've
noticed
that
Glenn
demolished
some
walls
in
our
Parts

to
make
room
for
new
apparel
and
accessories.

TOP
SUMMER
TIPS,
YOUR
QUESTIONS
ANSWERED
Our
staff
at
Glenn
Curtiss
Motorsports
staff
has
been
in
the
powersports
industry
for
more
than
60
years,
people
trust
our
advice.
It's
common
that
we
answer
hundreds
of
questions
a
week.
We
love
it,
because
it
keeps
us
sharp.
Here
are
the
top
questions
we
answered
last
month.
Q:
DO
I
NEED
A
MOTORCYCLE
LICENSE
TO
RIDE
A
SCOOTER?
A:
It
depends
on
the
size
of
the
scooter.
If
the
scooter
engine
is
49cc
or
smaller
and
is
made
for
one
person
to
ride,
then
you
need
a
valid
driver's
license,
but
you
don't
need
a
Wisconsin
motorcycle
endorsement.
If
the
scooter
is
50cc
or
greater,
usually
built
for
2
passengers,
then
you
need
a
valid
driver's
license
and
the
motorcycle
endorsement.
We
suggest
a
helmet
and
proper
clothing
no
matter
how
large
or
small
the
scooter.
For
motorcycle
training,
we
recommend
Road
America
Motorcycle
School
or
Moraine
Park
Technical
College.

Q:
HOW
TIGHT
SHOULD
MY
HELMET
FIT?
A:
Your
helmet
should
fit
snug,
but
not
tight.
You
shouldn't
have
a
headache
after
you
wear
your
helmet.
Manufacturers
have
different
specs
for
sizing
too.
If
you're
a
medium
in
a
Nolan
doesn't
mean
you're
a
medium
in
a
Scorpion
helmet.
The
padding
should
conform
to
your
head
and
loosen
within
the
first
couple
of
months.
When
this
happens
it
shouldn't
be
too
lose
either.
It's
a
good
idea
stop
back
in
and
have
Dave
or
Glenn
in
our
Parts
Dept.
take
a
look.
They've
have
been
trained
by
the
experts
to
make
sure
you
receive
the
proper
fit
on
any
of
the
gear
you
purchase
here
at
Glenn
Curtiss
Motorsports.

Q:
HAS
IT
BECOME
EASIER
TO
GET
FINANCING?
A:
Yes,
banks
and
credit
unions
have
eased
up
and
are
getting
back
to
the
business
of
loaning
money.
At
Glenn
Curtiss
Motorsports,
we
have
several
lenders
we
can
use
to
get
the
best
rates
for
every
customer.

PERFECT?
A:

We've

is?
Do
you
know
what's
on

Once
a
year
you
can

What

Q:
HOW
CAN
I
BE
SURE
TO
THE
BEST
DEAL?
A:
Buying
the
wrong
cycle
or
ATV
at
a
low
price
isn't
a
great
deal.
Too
many
people
base
their
bike/atv
purchase
on
price
alone
and
don't
get
the
vehicle
that
will
work
best
for
them.
At
Glenn
Curtiss
Motorsports
we
know
that
price
is
always
a
factor,
but
we
want
you
to
know
that
the
real
value
is
getting
the
RIGHT
VEHICLE
at
a
right
price.
That's
why
we're
nosey
and
ask
lots
of
question.
In
most
cases,
we
offer
you
several
choices
in
your
price
range
that
would
work
better
than
what
you
thought
you
needed.
We
want
you
to
enjoy
your
ride
from
the
moment
you
leave
our
parking
lot.

WE'RE
HUNTING
SOME
DIRT
BAGS!
Recently
a
good
customer
of
Glenn
Curtiss
Motorsports
had
his
ATVs
and
dirt
bikes
stolen
in
the
West
Bend
area.
The
criminals
stole
his
young
son's
Yamaha
Raptor.
How
rotten!!!
Of
course
we
want
to
help,
so
we
sought
the
help
of
Yamaha
to
buy
a
Raptor
at
a
discount
and
could
pass
on
the
savings
to
this
family.
What
we
would
really
like
to
do
is
catch
the
people
who
did
this.
If
anyone
has
info.
to
help
catch
the
dirt
bags
that
stole
his
stuff,
please
call
us
or
the
Washington
County
Sheriffs'
Dept.
If
you're
interested
in
securing
your
vehicles
effectively,
