We're back!!
Indian Motorcycle Omaha re-opened its doors March 1st, 2010 with new ownership and new management. We are very optimistic that 2010 will be a great year for Indian Motorcycles as the riding public becomes increasingly aware that Indian is back and this time with a GREAT company and a GREAT motorcycle!!

As we get rolling into this years riding season, we would like to take a moment to introduce our staff and invite you to stop in. Remember, we are open every 2nd and 4th Sundays, April-September.

In 1987, Rod and Lisa Yanagida went into business as a John Deere Consumer Products dealership. Honda power equipment was added in 1992 and the Honda motorcycles, scooters and ATV's were added in 1996. In 2003, the equipment lines of John Deere, Toro, Stihl and others were sold to another business and Rod turned his full attention to Honda motorsport products and became a single brand Honda "PowerHouse" dealership. They are now Nebraka's largest volume Honda motorsports dealership and the state's only Level 5 Honda "PowerHouse" dealership. They offer a huge selection of new and pre-owned, fair prices and a factory-trained, professional and dedicated staff to make your Honda riding experience the best it can possibly be. Call or stop in today and see what they can do for you - you'll be glad you did.

The above picture was taken in February, 2008 off the Northern coast of the "Big Island" of Hawaii. Rod and Lisa were very fortunate to win this "Top 100" Honda dealer award trip for their sales efforts in 2007. Thanks to all of the efforts of our great staff and many great customers, Lisa and Rod greatly appreciated both the Maui trip in 2004 and the Big Island in 2008, courtesy of American Honda.

In 2009, Rod and Lisa added to their business interests by becoming one of Indian Motorcycle Company’s first few dealers. They are very excited about the reintroduction of this very iconic, first class American motorcycle. Hopefully with hard work, great staff and a loyal and enthusiastic customer base, they’ll earn another trip!

Message from Rod: Since opening my dealership in 1987, I’ve always been a “Hands On” type of manager. Please feel free to give me a call directly with any questions and concerns. My simple business philosophy: Hire and train the BEST PEOPLE, sell the BEST PRODUCTS, and always provide the BEST SERVICE. Please let me know how I’m doing. My hobbies and intrests are following the kids everywhere! I also enjoy Husker Football, motorcycle rides, golf, working on our new acreage, snowmobiling and all sports.

Justin Vandevort is the General Manager of Indian Motorcycle Omaha. Justin has been riding and working on motorcycles and ATV's for as long as he can remember. Justin was previously the Service Manager at Rod’s Power Sports. His experience and training will translate into the professional, honest treatment every motorcycle enthusiast deserves! Feel free to call or stop in anytime to learn more about the very exclusive, high quality Indian Motorcycles.

Justin is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and has resided in Nebraska for most of the last 20 years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree and Master's of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He was also a member of the Nebraska National Guard for 10 years.

Message from Justin: I am very excited about the NEW Indian Motorcycle Company and the NEW Indian Motorcycles. These bikes are truly a work of art! Let’s make your next motorcycle purchase one that will be very exclusive and set you apart from everyone else!!

Hobbies include spending time with my wife and kids. We love camping and riding ATV’s (HARD!), traveling and of course, Husker Football. My wife, Cindy, and I also enjoy taking frequent motorcycle rides - no matter how short or long the ride!

Cindy Vandevort is our Weekend Warrior. She keeps all the Genuine Indian Apparel in order and helps with special shows and events. Cindy is a great ambassador for Indian Motorcycles, she really knows her stuff! Being married to Justin for 17 years, she has had the joy of being involved in the many aspects of ATV’s and motorcycles.

Cindy is a native of Broken Bow, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Message from Cindy: Like Justin and Rod, I too am sold on the NEW Indian Motorcycles. The bikes and our store are something to be very proud of. See me for your Genuine Indian Motorcycle Apparel or place an order on-line and I’ll make sure it gets processed and in your hands as painlessly as possible.

Hobbies include motorcycle riding (it’s the only time I can’t multi-task!), camping and riding ATV’s. Most of all, I enjoy time spent with my family.
