It’s
Steve
Ertle
here,
Owner
of
Tejas
Motorsports.
I
don’t
know
if
you
are
aware
or
not
but
we
have
been
putting
on
one
of
the
best
rides
in
the
Houston
area
for
the
past
5
years.
It
is
the
Cystic
Fibrosis
Ride
for
Life.
We
have
raised
over
$125,000
to
help
fight
this
life
threatening
disease.
The
reason
I
am
so
passionate
about
helping
the
Cystic
Fibrosis
Foundation
is
because
my
daughter,
Kendra,
has
this
disease
and
I
am
determined
to
help
find
a
cure
in
whatever
capacity
I
can.
The
foundation
has
helped
in
so
many
ways.
For
example
my
daughter
was
diagnosed
with
CF
when
she
was
only
2
weeks
old
and
at
that
time
the
average
life
span
of
a
CF
patent
was
just
12
years,
but
with
the
generosity
of
people
like
you
that
life
span
has
now
been
extended
to
30
plus
years.
This
year
the
ride
is
Sunday,
May
23rd
at
12pm,
starting
out
from
Tejas
Motorsports.
Please
come
on
out
and
enjoy
a
good
ride,
some
great
food,
fun
music,
and
most
importantly
help
support
a
GREAT
foundation.
