QUESTION:
I

ANSWER:
Hey
Steve
thanks
for
the

What
it
sounds
like
is
the
throttle
free

needs
to

sometimes
when
this

it

Hey
all
you
fisherman,
It
is
walleye
season
and
the
bite
is
on!!!!!!
We
have
gotten
walleyes
in
as
little
as
5'
of
water
to
12',
leaches
have
been
the
ticket,
1/8
oz
lead
head
jig
under
a
slip
bobber.
I
had
a
report
of
jigs
with
minnows
today
under
a
slip
bobber.
We
have
been
watching
some
guys
trolling
and
picking
a
few
walleyes
up
on
crank
baits.
Still
getting
some
crappies
in
the
canals
along
with
the
blue
gills,
minnows
for
the
crappies
and
a
small
hook
and
a
leaf
worm
for
the
blue
gills.
Lots
of
largemouth
bass
in
the
canals
as
well
although
the
season
hasn't
opened
for
those,
still
fun
to
catch
and
release
one.
Some
perch
coming
from
Higgins
Lake,
although
they
are
on
the
small
side.
No
reports
from
Lake
St.
Helen.
We
need
the
wind
to
die
down
a
little,
it
has
been
rough
fishing
lately.
Good
luck!
and
take
a
kid
fishing
next
time.
