 |  | Customer Appreciation Program – Drawing for Winners The Winter Customer Appreciation Program ends at noon On April 15th – Tax Day. The winners will be announced at noon on the showroom floor. The 5 grand prizewinners will win an escorted ride from San Jose Harley-Davidson to Monterey. The winner may bring one guest and the ride includes dinner and an overnight stay for the winner and one guest.

 | On March 20th, SJHD sponsored our Spring Forward $5.00 Poker run. This run was done in conjunction with our H.O.G. chapter, and it was a tremendous success. It was a beautiful sunny Saturday and over 150 riders registered. H.O.G. volunteers kept people entertained at the poker stops with domino poker, draws from a dealer shoe, electronic poker, and the most challenging – dart poker. It was a great day, a great run and thank you to all that helped and participated.

 | | Have you ever just left a gas station and your motorcycle stalls? One common cause is over filling the gas tank. Overfilling the tank may flood the engine on carbureted or fuel-injected motorcycles. A motorcycle that is filled and then sits in the sun may produce enough expansion in the tank to also cause flooding. To avoid this situation, follow the instructions in the owners’ manual: “do not fill above the bottom of filler neck insert, leaving air space for fuel expansion”. |
