Upcoming Events!
Bikin’ For Braids: Join us on April 7, 2006, from 5-8 p.m., to support Locks of Love. Stylists from “The Retreat Salon & Spa” will be here to provide free haircuts to hair donors. We will be holding a live auction and collecting monetary donations to help this worthy cause. All hair types are needed. Those not suitable for children will be sold by Locks of Love to offset costs.
Easter Egg Hunt: April 15, 2006. Bring the kids out for an Easter Egg Hunt at Colonial Harley-Davidson! Top collectors from each age group win a prize! We will provide the bags to collect in. The hunt starts at 10am.

Dogs with Hogs: April 29, 2006. Enter your pooch in a fashion show and contest for man’s best friend! Big or small, we want to see them all! There will be door prizes, raffles and music by TODDRCK Entertainment! The show starts at 10 a.m. *If entering the contest, please be here before 10*

Ride for the Red: The American Red Cross (Southside Area Chapter) will be holding their annual “Ride for the Red” on April 8th to raise money for local disaster relief. To pre-register or for more information, contact The American Red Cross at 804-733-5711 or toll free 800-455-9283.

CASA Book Drive: Bring by new or used (in good condition) books for the CASA kids! CASA serves kids up to 17 years old. Colonial Harley-Davidson will be collecting books all year.

Charity Cookbook: Do you have a favorite recipe or cooking tips you’d like to share with us? Colonial Harley-Davidson is collecting recipes and cooking tips for a cookbook to benefit charity. Colonial Harley-Davidson is now offering a Rider’s Edge New Rider Training Class. The classes are held here at the dealership on a newly constructed Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and Harley-Davidson approved training range. The course is taught over two weekday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday. New riders are trained on new model Buell Blasts.

Amanda Barefoot – Marketing and Events Manager: Amanda is a recent graduate of Longwood University, with a degree in Marketing. Amanda is a native of Virginia, from the Lake Gaston area. This past summer, Amanda worked for the Lake Country MusicFest in South Hill, Virginia, as an intern.

Jess Branch – Receptionist: Jess recently started at Colonial Harley-Davidson as a receptionist. Jess is a sophomore at Prince George High School and resides in Prince George with her parents. After high school, Jess is going to pursue a career as a local dj. She works part-time in the evenings and on Saturdays.

Krystle Bryant – Service Advisor: Krystle, a Hopewell native, comes to Colonial Harley-Davidson from Dominion Auto Group, where she was a Body Shop Estimator & Service Advisor. Krystle has been with us for eight months. She has a passion for bikes and has been around them all her life.

Sean Grady – Service Advisor: Sean, our newest member, comes to Colonial Harley-Davidson from Cleveland, OH. After receiving degrees from the University of Maryland and AMI, Sean went to work for Elyria Harley-Davidson as their Assistant Service Manager. We would like to welcome Sean and his fiancé to Virginia!

If you have not yet met our new members, please give us the opportunity to introduce them to you during your next visit.

We are open 6 days a week to serve you! Our hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (all departments), Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (showroom), and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (service).
