2011 Premier Pontoons Unveiled...
Nisswa Marine was excited to be apart of the unveiling of the 2011 Premier Pontoons at the Premier factory in Wyoming, MN.

Talk to Jeremy or Todd to schedule your fall test-ride of the 2011 line-up. We think you'll agree some fine improvements have been made to a top-of-the-line pontoon. You'll see here the 2011 updated exterior graphics to the S-Series.

The Star Tribune reported in their August 14, 2010 issue that Gov. Tim Pawlenty sent rules to protect lakeshore areas back to the drawing board.

Pawlenty criticized the proposed rules as inflexible because they "create one-size-fits-all standards for situations that vary widely across our state" and because they impede local decision-making.

Gull Lake Wood Boat Show at Bar Harbor
“Second Year Antique and Classic Boat Show.”

The show will again be at the docks of Bar Harbor on the Gull Lake channel. The skippers’ dinner is the evening of August 20th and the boat show is 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on August 21st.

Classic boats will depart from the Bar Harbor docks at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and cruise down past Cragun's (on the south end of the lake) up the east side to the Gull Lake Yacht Club. There, for only $10 we will have your choice of burgers or brats, plus beer, chips and beans. This will also include a tour of the club. From there we will go around the north end of the lake, past Grand View Lodge and back to Bar Harbor. On the registration form there is a check space for a yes or no on the tour and lunch - please check the line and let us know.

The skippers’ dinner will be at Bar Harbor and is only $20.00 per person including the tip. A social hour will begin on the outdoor deck at 5:30 p.m., as well as the assigning of slips, and dinner will follow at 6:30 p.m. Friends, family and first mates are invited (we need to know the number when you register). In case of bad weather, dinner will be inside.

Visit the Gull Lake Classic Boats website for additional information.
