Well, we didn’t break the world record for watermelon seed spitting last Saturday but Lance Grady of Versailles, Illinois did spit a very respectable 35 feet 5 1/2 inches to win a $50 gift card in the adult division. In the kid’s division 10 year old Parker McPherson of Bella Vista spit a whopping 16 feet 4 inches to win her gift card.

We dished out over 550 burgers and dogs and served some of the juiciest and sweetest watermelon ever. I hope you had a chance to get out and ride with everyone else. The weather was perfect!

After a few showers this week, the weatherman says this weekend’s forecast looks good again. So hop on your bike and join us this Saturday for our Open House. We’ll fire up the grill again and start serving burgers, dogs and refreshments at 11am.
