weekend
is
upon
us!
The
festivities
start
Saturday
with
the
Scalded
Hog
Chili
Cook
Off.
Here's
how
it
works;
Entries
will
be
set
up
inside
McHenry
Harley
Davidson
and
serving
begins
at
11
a.m.
Each
entry
will
have
a
donation
jar
placed
at
their
table.
If
you
like
their
chili,
throw
'em
a
buck
or
two,
more
if
you
really
like
it!
At
3
p.m.,
we
count
the
cash!
The
Chili
that
has
the
most
donations
WINS
a
$250
gift
certificate!
ALL
DONATIONS
will
be
given
to
the
Toys
for
Tots!
If
you
can't
make
the
cook-off,
be
sure
to
join
us
Sunday
for
the
McHenry
County
Toys
for
Tots
motorcycle
parade!
We
start
gathering
at
the
store
around
9
a.m.
and
the
ride
leaves
just
befor
1
p.m.
Last
year
we
had
just
over
700
bikes,
and
the
weather
looks
once
again
to
be
on
our
side!
As
a
special
treat
this
year,
help
us
welcome
home
Corporal
Trejo
from
his
service
overseas!
Please
bring
an
unwrapped
toy
as
a
donation
and
either
drop
them
at
the
store
or
with
the
Marines
at
the
end
of
the
parade
route.
This
is
an
awesome
weekend
and
a
great
opportunity
to
give
back
to
the
community,
so
we
hope
to
see
you
all
at
Mchenry
