Hello everyone,
  Wow! April has been a very busy month for our service department. I hope that even during the peak of our riding season, we have been able to meet the challange of taking care of each and every one of our customers appointments in a reasonable amount of time. We have been working together as a team to make sure the customers experience is the top focus in the service department as well as throughout the entire dealership. We have expanded the service department by knocking out a couple of walls, and we will soon be moving some of the storage to a 12,000 square foot warehouse to give us a little more elbow room to make our work flow smoothly and with the least amount of down time for our service customers.

We have two technicians attending classes this month and we are extremely proud of the training and recognition we have from our staff. I will be adding another entry level technician this month to bring the total number up to twelve. Out of the twelve technicians, we currently have seven who have reached Master recognition level and two of those have reached the highest recognition level from Harley-Davidson, Master of technology. We will make every effort to meet the changing needs of our business and will be looking ahead to ensure we meet the demands for our service. Thank you for your support and confidence in our service department. It is a great feeling to read all the positive responses in our service questionaires and to see our shop full of your motorcycles for us to service or repair. We have impressed Harley-Davidson dealers around the country with our service sales numbers, but we could not reach those levels without your business. Again, thanks for your support.

P.S.-We will be running service specials on all our big bore performance packages for the month of May. If you have a written quote form another dealer we will be glad to try and meet or beat thier prices on any specials. Since the performance packages vary from customer to customer, please come in and see us for a quote designed for your riding style and your motorcycle. To those who don’t know yet, the Parts Manager is now the Motorclothes Manager too. That’s right I have taken over the Merchandise Department and my first order of business was to get more stock in here. We have loads of merchandise coming in to give you a better selection. T-shirts, boots, jackets, helmets and whatever else I could get my hands on. It is all coming in slowly, but I hope to have a great selection available before mid month so if you ever had a reason to stop by, now is the time! Come by and ask the associates to show you what is new. We are very excited and you will be too when you see what we have available. See you here!

Republic H-D will be participating in a flag burning ceremony done by the Cub Scouts, Pack 1020. This is a ceremony where we will be retiring our U.S. flag with diginity. We will then be added to the Spirit Ash Pedigree - a list of all who have donated their flag to this honorable ceremony since 1907. They will then have a flag raising ceremony here which may be held on the 13th of May We are very pleased, and are looking forward to this event.
