Corn
Salsa
Ingredients:
8
ears
of
corn,
grilled
or
boiled
1
small
can
whole
black
beans-
drained
and
rinsed
twice
½
red
bell
pepper-
finely
chopped
¼
cup
jicama-
finely
chopped
¼
red
onion-
finely
chopped
1
clove
garlic-
minced
3
tblsp
fresh
cilantro-
chopped
1
tblsp
olive
oil
1
tsp
ground
cumin
1
tsp
salt
(or
more
to
taste)
Directions:
Remove
the
corn
kernels
and
place
in
large
serving
bowl.
Add
black
beans,
