I
was
born
and
raised
on
a
kibbutz
in
the
Negev
Desert
in
Israel.
I
started
riding
when
I
was
about
5
years
old.
My
first
ride
was
on
a
goat,
next
were
ponies,
then
horses,
which
I
rode
and
trained
for
many
years.
I
was
13
when
I
first
rode
a
motorcycle,
a
Sachs
50cc
and
then
a
Bennelli
50cc.
I
remember
when
I
was
growing
up,
bikes
weren't
allowed
on
the
kibbutz.
(commie
pinkos)
But
some
of
the
older
teenagers
got
a
hold
of
a
BSA
and
an
old
800
GS,
which
fascinated
me
especially
since
they
only
rode
these
behemoths
off
road
in
very
rough
terrain.
After
serving
in
the
Israeli
Defense
Forces
for
3
years
I
decided
to
get
to
know
motorcycles
on
a
personal
level.
So
I
made
it
a
goal
to
attend
a
professional
school
for
motorcycles
and
learn
as
much
as
possible.
I
graduated
from
MMI
in
1997
and
then
went
back
to
Israel
where
I
proceeded
to
operate
and
own
various
shops
working
on
everything
from
mopeds
to
ATVs
to
motorcycles.
During
those
years
I
fell
in
love
with
the
older
BMWs
because
of
their
incredible
reliability
and
longevity.
I
owned
several
of
these
BMWs
including
the
legendary
800
GS,
which
I
still
miss
to
this
day.
After
meeting
my
wife
at
my
brother's
wedding
in
Cleveland,
I
ended
up
back
in
the
US.
I
bought
a
wrecked
K1200
GT,
and
fixed
it
up
to
the
point
where
I
needed
a
special
diagnostic
tool.
I
realized
I
had
a
lot
to
learn
about
BMW.
So
I
finally
went
down
to
AMI
in
the
spring
of
2005
and
became
a
certified
BMW
technician.
I
joined
the
fabulous
Northern
Colorado
BMW/
Ducati
team
as
part
of
my
ongoing
quest
to
master
the
BMW
machines.
It
will
be
a
pleasure
to
service
your
bike.

Kanter.
Jeremy
has

intigral
member

our
team
for
a
couple
of
years

he

recently
accepted
a
position

City.
