The riding season is upon us, let us all celebrate!

24 inch one day snowfall totals are a distant memory, now let’s get out there and ride. May I suggest our 5th annual Goin’ for the Gold Fun Run. 100 miles of scenic landscape, and twisty’s ending with a delicious lunch featuring corn beef sandwiches provided by the Rockin’ Pig Saloon, ice cold green beer and a chance to become a multi millionaire! Something new this year, you’ll be challenged to count the number of orange clovers along the ride route to be eligible to win a $250 H-D gift card. All this fun for just $5, with all proceeds benefiting the NWA Children’s Shelter. The forecast is calling for partly sunny conditions and a high around 70. Not bad for the last day of winter!

We’re extending the St. Patty’s Day holiday thru tomorrow (Saturday) at the Rockin’ Pig Saloon in Eureka Springs. On Saturday March 19th the “Pig” will be presenting the George Brothers Album release party starting at 9:30pm. Opening the show will be the Bryant Brothers featuring the former lead singer of the band “Head East”. If you enjoy southern rock/red dirt country music this is a must show for you. You’ll enjoy corned beef sandwiches and green beer specials all day and then at 9:30 the party begins. The George Brothers will be signing their debut album release CD entitled “Brothers, Friends & Outlaws Forever”. Hotel rooms are available at the Rodeway Inn and the Ozark Swiss Inn.

Heads up! Free Soup and Sandwiches for tomorrow will not be served in lieu of the Goin’ for the Gold fun run. If you want a delicious lunch, green beer and prizes you’ll need to ride with us in the fun run. Saturday Surprises however will continue in each department. Be sure to stop by and see what they are!
