-15' (approx) from floor to bottom of rafters
-Building is in nice used condition
-Overhead door opener on main door is included (not remote system)
-Secondary overhead door is a manual lift door
-Interior room measures 20'x16' (approx) is included
-Fiberglass insulation above interior room is not included in sale
-Building has steel siding and roofing
-Walls and roof area are insulated with foam sheeting
-If this building is not sold it will be torn down Auguest 7th, 2006
-The building will be empty of all inventory and customers bikes 07/29/06
