The
US
Army
will
provide
a
large
truck
for
the
collection
of
toys
and
will
assist
in
the
parade
to
Pojoaque.
Santa
Clause
will
ride
in
the
Army
truck
and
pass
out
candy
to
any
kids
who
show
up.
Boys
&
Girls
Club
staff
will
be
onsite
to
sell
T-shirts
along
with
selling
tickets
for
a
50/50
raffle---proceeds
from
these
will
be
used
to
purchase
more
toys
for
the
area
children.
The
Santa
Fe
Fire
Department
will
bring
a
pumper
truck
for
the
parade
and
arrive
along
with
the
Army
at
around
11:00am.
The
Santa
Fe
Police,
Santa
Fe
County
Sheriff's
and
the
Pojoaque
Tribal
Police
will
provide
a
police
escort
from
the
store
north
on
Cerrillos
to
St.
Francis
Drive
and
then
north
on
US
84/285.
They
will
arrive
at
the
Cities
of
Gold
Casino
to
drop
off
the
toys
where
the
Casino
has
supplied
a
live
band
and
will
sell
hotdogs
for
lunch.
We
are
encouraging
all
riders
to
dress
in
a
Halloween
Costume
for
the
parade.
Cash
awards
will
be
awarded
1st--$100.00---2nd--$$50.00
and
3rd---$25.00
No
masks
at
the
Casino
due
to
security
reasons. |
