It weighs in at 1250cc with 10% more torque and horsepower, and you definitely feel the difference in the seat of your pants. All that power meets the road via a set of custom wheels. Reporting all the fun back to you is a new speedo/tach arrangement perched on a taller, wider handlebar. The aluminum air box features an LED fuel display, clock and indicator lights. Production is limited. And the only thing moving faster than a V-Rod at your dealership is one on the street.

We stroked the already ample middle of the Fat Boy® up to 103 perfectly counterbalanced cubic inches. But why stop there? This ride got plenty of flash to go with the dash. Chrome by the truckload. Notice the custom seat. This Fat Boy has buns of steel. And as a first from H-D's Custom Paint Shop, the rest of the metalwork gets paint with metal grind accents. When we set out to build a custom motorcycle, we always look to give a set of eyes the deluxe treatment. Check out the new Softail® Deluxe and see if your eyes have ever felt better. Wide whitewalls. The VRSCB model starts with the idea that with 115 horses running directly beneath your saddle, you don’t need much more. So we left the muscle intact and turned the brightness down. You get the same genetics that make a V-Rod® a V-Rod. Aluminum body. 49mm 38° raked fork. 180mm rear tire. The effect of all the shine getting stripped down is an even more raw, aggressive nature. Black calipers. Black brake lines. Black hand controls. Black rear shock springs. And an all-black hydro-formed frame. For 2005, there are five colors and a new, brighter reflector optics headlight to offset all the blackness. The liquid-cooled, fuel-injected 60° V-Twin Revolution® engine with EFI delivers all those stampeding horses. So as the style goes minimalist, the off-the-line power most definitely does not.
