You Say!

"After more than 40 years of riding, I left that day more reassured, confident, and relaxed. You have a relaxing yet commanding style, demonstrating what you know and encouraging us to want to do better. Good job. This is a course I will gladly recommend to my riding buddies."
Andrew Ulitsky
Carlsbad, CA

"Had a great time last Sunday at the ARC. A different person rode home than arrived at 8AM. For the past 2 years, I was at a plateau that I couldn't break through. I've soared up through those restrictions. Thanks again for getting me really excited about my riding again."
Thomas McClung
Diamond Bar, California

"If you're a rider with some experience, looking for techniques to be faster and safer, this course will not disappoint."
Steve Munden
Westborough, Massachusetts

"I feel I learned more in 10-hours in your class than I have in the other two bike schools I’ve done which were two-day affairs and not nearly as useful. I will be recommending your book and class to anyone and everyone I ride with."
Gary Bretzman
Phoenix, Arizona

A Season for Change
The cold is here and now is the season to do all those bike upgrades we’ve been wanting but didn’t want to give up riding time to get. How about a nice set of pipes, some custom wheels or a nice new shiny piece of chrome? Before you plop down your cash for cosmetic upgrades consider what you really get in return. How will they affect your performance? I don’t mean performance like road racing or stunt riding. I mean the kind of performance that could save your life. Of course the best upgrade you can do is to upgrade yourself, take a riding course or a course to learn how to maintain your own bike! However, when upgrading your bike consider upgrading your brakes or suspension this time around. When manufactures look for places to cut cost these are often the first places they look. Softer compound brake pads will cost you $30-$70 and will pay huge dividends when you need them, see if you can get a double H compound brake pad (HH) for your bike. If you have a little more to spend consider upgrading suspension. Changing your fork/shock springs to match your weight and re-valving your suspension to match you and your riding style will make your bike feel like a new motorcycle. Suspension guru Paul Thede likes to say about suspension that “the best you’ve ridden is the best you know.” What’s the best you’ve ever ridden

Lee Parks Design DeerSports PCi Motorcycle Gloves
Premium insulated performance gloves provide the widest temperature range possible by utilizing an Outlast phase-change material liner in a patent-pending design. When your hands are cold, the liner acts like insulation and keeps heat in. When your hands get hot, it acts as a heat sink and pulls heat away. Additionally, when used with heated grips, it pulls the heat from the grips and distributes it around your hand. These are the only true insulated gloves that work with heated grips as most insulated gloves insulate you from the heat on the grips.
  • Proudly handcrafted in the USA
  • 2.75+ oz. deerskin (palm) and 4.0+ oz. elkskin (back) are more abrasion-resistant than cowhide
  • Outlast ® phase-change lining material changes it properties depending on temperature giving it an incredibly wide temperature range (30-70 degrees)
  • Thinsulate Flex ® insulation on the backside of hand helps keep heat in without adding bulk to the palm side of the glove
  • Wide temperature range
  • Trimmed and ironed internal seams provide unrivaled fit, comfort and dexterity
  • Seamless palm for the ultimate in feel without pressure points
  • Dual-duty thread provides the strongest seams and won't cut through leather like Kevlar thread.
  • Hand washable leather stays soft
  • Inexpensive repairs available at our U.S. factory
  • Extra-long gauntlet has dual Velcro® wrist closures for a secure fit on any jacket
  • Double-stitched ErgoTech™ palm patch doesn't bunch up and provides strong abrasion-resistance
  • Double layer elkskin backing on knuckles for additional abrasion protection.

Remember that Old Man Winter is rearing his ugly head this time of year. Lee Parks Design DeerSports PCi gloves are made for the colder months of riding, insulated with phase change technology to keep your hands toasty. Works excellent between 30-70 degrees, even lower with heated grips. Come try them on at one of the Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows this winter (dates below). Speaking of the Cycle World Shows, we are proud to now be selling Heli Bar products which we will have in stock at the shows. Lee Parks Design Bamboo Riding Shirt
After scouring the globe for the ultimate high-performance base layer material, who would have guessed it would come down to a 100% natural bamboo fiber? Lee Parks Design's exclusive Belanima™ Bamboo yarn is tough enough for extreme use yet feels halfway between between cotton and silk on your skin. This is absolutely the most comfortable fabric you will ever try on, GUARANTEED! We used a special Raglan cut to make it comfortable while riding a bike as well as just lounging around. Of course, we proudly make all our shirts in the USA. See for yourself why Belanima™ Bamboo is the only material you'll want against your skin while riding.

  • SOFTNESS Bamboo fiber is softer than the softest cotton and effortlessly drapes on the skin. Its silky texture helps prevent leather and textile apparel from sticking to your body in hot conditions.
  • DURABILITY Significantly stronger than synthetics, bamboo does not snag or pill (ball up on the surface) like polyester. It can be conveniently machine washed and dried with your regular clothes
  • WICKING Unlike synthetic textiles such as microfiber polyester that require a chemical treatment to achieve their perspiration wicking qualities, bamboo is inherently wicking and maintains that ability forever.
Chemical treatments wash out over time, eventually leaving you with a rough, chaffing, non-wicking garment.
  • THERMAL REGULATING By being naturally breathable and keeping you dry, bamboo keeps you cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter like a sheepskin seat cover. It is the perfect base layer in any weather.
  • ECO-FRIENDLY Bamboo is nature’s most sustainable resource. One of the world’s most prolific plants, bamboo grows up to four feet a day to a height of 60 feet or more every four years.
Additionally, the fabric’s special agent “bamboo kunh” prevents bacteria from cultivating on it, making it naturally anti-microbial.
