Well...it's
official.
The
Albuquerque
Toy
Run
for
2006
is
a
no-go.
The
group
responsible
for
organizing
the
run
in
the
past
chose
not
to
participate
this
year.
I
know
everyone
was
looking
forward
to
riding
in
the
bitter
cold
with
your
extended
biker
family
to
bring
joy
to
thousands
of
Albuquerque
kids.
But
wait,
don't
despair
because
Thunderbird
H-D
has
a
plan!!
We
couldn't
bear
the
thought
of
nearly
5,000
kids
waking
up
Christmas
morning
without
a
gift
so
when
the
Marines
and
Black
Berets
contacted
us,
we
hatched
a
master
plan.
After
realizing
organizing
a
ride
of
toy
run
magnitude
at
this
late
date
was
highly
unattainable,
we
came
up
with
plan
B...and
what
a
plan
B
it
is!
It's
a
toy
drop
to
end
all
toy
drops!!
Stop
by
the
shop
Saturday,
December
9th
between
11am
and
3pm
with
1
new
toy
and
2
cans
of
food
and
partake
in
holiday
merriment...the
Harley
Way!
There'll
be
food,
prizes
and
raffles,
and
let's
not
